  1. You guys sound amazing!!!!

  2. Proper lovin this cover man………..

  3. quarter_moon and_a_guitar

I find if you don't do the "no sound" strums–as I don't–learn this by listening more than not watching. Trust me.

  4. You seriously have the lessons to like, pretty much EVERY song I wanna learn!

  5. This is such a great rhythm lesson. I've never really been able to get the palm-mute thingy… you explain it as well as it could possibly be done. Thanks!

  6. thank you

  7. Thank you for this easy to understand lesson! definitely a great challenge strumming wise! could you please be so kind as to tell me what the strumming on the verse is? not the woohoo part of course…but the muted strumming…i figured out a style of it but your pattern seems better haha. thank u!

  8. I wish I could bark more on YouTube #woof

  9. Who is the excellent singer with you?

  10. Sophie van Doornmalen

    The strumming pattern written down:

    D mute Up mute D mute D D mute
    B7 Em
D mute Up mute DU mute D mute DU mute

    Em D D6 Cmaj7
    Em D C9 Em

Thanks you for the wonderful explanation, Justin! Really clear!

  11. The first bar isn't D U D DD, it's actually D UD D DD. When he plays it fast he plays it D UD D DD and when he plays it slowly and explains it he always does it D U D DD. It took me a while to figure out why my version doesn't sound right.

  12. Great lesson, well done! Already checked this out and the rhythm pattern is quite clear for me now 🙂

Btw, where I can buy the t-shirt you're wearing during the lesson?

  13. Great lesson guys!!!!
    Really helped!

  14. Well done, well thought out lesson.

  15. Isabel Schacherbauer

I really love this song and the lesson, but I think that the girl's voice was a bit too harsh for singing this particular song/artist

  16. great lesson you're a good teacher.

  17. Its kinda like,a Bo Diddley beat strum
