  11. I believe that unnamed chord is a classic "6/9 (six-nine) chord as in B 6/9. By removing the b7 from a dominant 9th chord you smooooth out it's dissonance and perhaps make it slightly less key defined in the same way (but less so?) that a diminished chord relates as a dominant chord to multiple keys. Great lesson, thx.
