Working Class Hero – John Lennon – Acoustic Guitar Lesson (Easy)

An acoustic guitar lesson of my interpretation of the classic John Lennon song – Working Class Hero (***this song contains strong language***). Please note: Although I play a variety of arpeggio notes throughout the song, it can be played as shown in the slowed down sections of part 1 & part 2 all the way through. Loads more free lessons can be found at Guitar Tutor Man’s official website: http://guitar.freemovies.co.uk where you can find a song sheet for this video 🙂 Please support my video creation by clicking here: http://www.gofundme.com/guitar-tutor-man 🙂

    (Am-Am-G-Am)
By giving you no time instead of it all
    (+Am add4)

A working class hero is something to be

    1:14
A working class hero is something to be

    1:22
They hurt you at home and they hit you at school

    1:29
They hate you if you're clever and they despise a fool

    1:37
Till you're so fucking crazy you can't follow their rules

    1:45
A working class hero is something to be

    1:52
A working class hero is something to be

    2:00
When they've tortured and scared you for twenty odd years

    2:08
Then they expect you to pick a career

    2:15
When you can't really function you're so full of fear

    2:22
A working class hero is something to be

    2:29
A working class hero is something to be

    2:37
Keep you doped with religion and sex and TV

    2:45
And you think you're so clever and classless and free

    2:52
But you're still fucking peasants as far as I can see

A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be

There's room at the top they are telling you still
But first you must learn how to smile as you kill
If you want to be like the folks on the hill

A working class hero is something to be
A working class hero is something to be

If you want to be a hero well just follow me
If you want to be a hero well just follow me
